Privacy Policy for games and applications from Wappen Games.

What Info Do We Collect?

• Currently all games will have Unity Cloud diagnostic service, which will submit error logs and crash data related to that game

• The data will be retained on Unity Cloud diagnostic for up to 7 days.

• Who will use the data: Wappen Games only will use these data to fix bugs and only for analytic purpose.

• Collected data includes:

  • (PC) User's operating system name, version, mainboard model name, GPU model name, screen resolution.

  • (mobile phone) A model name of your phone, CPU, chipset spec, screen resolution.

  • Some error message may include your PC name, for example if there is error massage related to save data path, the error message transferred to us could be like the following:
    "Error: Unable to save data to C:\Users\John\AppData\LocalLow\Wappen\GarlandBoy\Save"

• We DO NOT collect:

  • Mobile device identifier, MAC address, IP Address, personal information or data that could link to identify personal information.
